At Beirnes of Battlebridge, you will be immersed in the natural world, with water activities, foraging, coarse fishing and picnics by the River Shannon. Here we provide as much as possible to make your stay easy and to allow you to relax and enjoy making memories with a difference.This well serviced caravan park offers a choice of Glamping accommodation. There is also a restaurant with in and outdoor dining available, also a charming traditional bar with open fires. This beautiful campsite is located on the banks of the River Shannon and is the starting point of the Shannon Blueway, a 7km walk or cycle that brings you to the floating boardwalk over Acres Lake, Drumshanbo.There is so much to do onsite and close by, how you use your time is up to you!
Setting
The setting is just beautiful. It is located on the new Shannon Blueway on the banks of the Shannon. From wild swimming to stand up paddling, coarse fishing to kayaking, the area is well serviced with activity providers for those looking for a slow adventure. There is a slip way for boating, a children’s playground, a restaurant and bar with al fresco dining.
